Toll-Free Phone Support
Do you need to speak with us about a Payroll or HR solution or issue? Registered users of eNETEmployer can call our support line Toll-Free at 1-800-665-5129 during regular business hours (see bottom of page). During peak times, you may be asked to leave your name and number and will receive a call back from a CanPay Support representative. Most calls are responded to the same business day.
Sometimes the best way to describe your issue is in writing! If you prefer this method, please write us a thorough description and send it to email@example.com. A CanPay support representative will respond to your question promptly, usually the same business day.
In partnership with Citrix, an industry leader in remote access solutions, we also provide live online sessions for support calls where phone and e-mail support may not be suitable. Remote access allows us to work with you as though our support staff are sitting at your computer.
