Viewing Your Pay Statement
This tutorial shows you how to view your pay statement for either the most recent pay period, or for prior periods. Note: You will require your eNETEmployer login credentials in order to access your Employee Self-Service account. If you have misplaced your login credentials, please contact your payroll administrator before proceeding with this tutorial.
To view your pay statement for the current pay period:
- Visit https://www.enetemployer.com and log in to your self-service user account.
- When the eNETEmployer Dashboard appears, choose the Payroll icon, and then select the User - Pay Statements menu command.
- When the Pay Statements screen appears, choose the Generate Report button to create a pay statement for the most recent pay period. Depending on your browser settings, the resulting document will either be stored in your Downloads folder or you may be presented with a window that will prompt you where to save the file. In most browsers, the document can be viewed via a link that appears at the top-right of your browser.
To view your pay statement for a prior pay period:
By default, your pay statement will always be created based on the last closed pay period. This is indicated by the "Yes" designation that appears in the Last checkbox. However, you can view your pay statements for any other period as shown below:
- Visit https://www.enetemployer.com and log in to your self-service user account.
- When the eNETEmployer Dashboard appears, choose the Payroll icon, and then select the User - Pay Statements menu command.
- Double-click on the Pay Statement report row (or click the Pencil icon at the left side of the row). This opens the row for editing.
- Move to the Last cell and click inside it to remove the check from the box. This action enables the Payroll cell so that you can choose a different pay period on which to base the report.
- Select your desired pay period from the drop-down list, and then choose the Generate Report button to create a pay statement for the selected period. Depending on your browser settings, the resulting document will either be stored in your Downloads folder or you may be presented with a window that will prompt you where to save the file. In most browsers, the document can be viewed via a link that appears at the top-right of your browser.
