Working with Employee Pay Statements

To view your pay statement for the current period:

  1. Select the User menu and then choose the Pay Statements menu command.
  2. When the Pay Statements screen appears, choose the Generate Report button to create a pay statement for the most recent pay period. Depending on your browser settings, the resulting document will either be stored in your Downloads folder or you may be presented with a window that will prompt you where to save the file. In most browsers, the document can be viewed via a link that appears at the top-right of your browser.

To view your pay statement for a prior period:

By default, your pay statement will always be created based on the last closed pay period. This is indicated by the check mark that appears in the Last checkbox. However, you can view your pay statements for any other period as shown below:

  1. From the Pay Statements screen, double-click the Pay Statement report row (or click the Pencil icon at the left side of the row). This opens the row for editing.
  2. Move to the Last cell and click inside it to remove the check from the box. This action enables the Payroll cell so that you can choose a different pay period on which to base the report.
  3. Select your desired period from the drop-down list, and then choose the Generate Report button to create a pay statement for the selected period. Depending on your browser settings, the resulting document will either be stored in your Downloads folder or you may be presented with a window that will prompt you where to save the file. In most browsers, the document can be viewed via a link that appears at the top-right of your browser.
