Use this screen to manage all of your eNETEmployer mailboxes. This includes viewing the number of messages that each mailbox contains and creating custom mailboxes to better organize messages.

Visit the Button Descriptions help page to view detailed descriptions of each button that appears on your screen (whether in the Button Bar at the top of the table, or in the table itself). Note: If a button is unavailable (i.e. its text appears in Gray), either the command is not applicable to the current screen, or its function has already been applied (e.g. you clicked the New button for an item that can only be added one time).
New - This button allows you to create a new mailbox. When you select this button, you are presented with a new row at the top of the table so you can define its name and description, etc.
The following section of this help page describes the various columns that can appear in the main table on this screen. If you see a column description below that does not appear on your screen, you can add the column to your view by using the Customize option under the Views button (located at the left side of the screen just above the table). Refer to the Customize View help page for more help on this feature. |
Use this cell to enter a description for the new mailbox. For example, if you are creating a mailbox for office correspondence, you could enter a description like "Work-related messages".
This uneditable cell indicates how many messages exist in the current folder. Note: The Inbox folder includes an additional "quantity" notification for its unread messages: if the cell reads 2(4), it indicates that four messages exist in total, with two being unread.
Use this cell to enter a name for the new mailbox or to edit the names of existing mailboxes. The name entered here will appear above the table on each screen to indicate that it is the currently active mailbox.
Open - Use this button to activate (open) the current mailbox for use. Clicking the button immediately redirects you to the corresponding mailbox. Available mailboxes can include:
This uneditable cell indicates each mailboxes' type. The cell is uneditable and included for reference only. The five mailbox types are: Inbox, Outbox, Compose, Deleted, and User-Defined.
